We accept returns for store credit up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Trendsetter Ave does not issue cash refunds for returns or cancellations. Returns must be made within 14 days from delivery date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. 

The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be returned. No exceptions.

  • Swimwear & Lingerie
  • Sale Items
  • Bodysuits, Bralettes, Leggings
  • Gift Cards
  • Seasonal merchandise and items that are discounted more than 20% are also FINAL SALE.

You must email us support@trendsetterave.com for return & exchange approval. Please include your order number in the email.

Additional information on our Return Policy:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, have original tags attached, smoke free & pet free damage, and returned in their original packaging.
  • All returned items are inspected thoroughly. No used, damaged, or stained items may be returned. No exception.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
  • If your order qualified for FREE SHIPPING and your return would make your order now subject to shipping charges (original order minus return item is under $50), $5.00 will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any shipping charges. 
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from the Return Portal that clearly indicates which item(s) are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and your request for return will be declined.  
  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at the moment.
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the customer, the person will receive a gift card for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to the person.
  • We are no longer responsible once a package has a tracking number.

How long does it take to process my return?

Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your package for your return to be processed. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). Your store credit will be available as soon as the return is processed. You will be notified via the email address associated with your order when we process your return. 

If you have not been refunded after 7 days of returning the item(s), please contact us at: support@trendsetterave.com with the proof of postage information on your post office receipt and we will check this out for you.

Can I exchange an item?

We welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchase item(s) of your choice. To be eligible for an exchange, item(s) must be: unused, in the same condition, and in the packaging that it was received in.

We do not accept exchanges for these item(s):

  • Bodysuits, Bralettes, Leggings
  • White / Beige 
  • Jewelry & Accessories
  • Intimates 
  • Gift Cards
  • Items out of stock
  • SALE / Clearance items

How long does it take to process my exchange?

Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your package for your exchange to be processed (if applicable). Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item(s). The exchange must be made within 7 days starting the date the package was delivered.

Return Labels

The buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Trendsetter Ave is unable to provide prepaid return labels. 

If shipping an item over $75, the customer must consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer on all returns.

Final Sale Items

All items ending in $.00, .98, .97, .96, bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, jewelry, accessories, white items, seasonal merchandise, and sale items are considered final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be returned for store credit.


  • If in the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item, you must send an inquiry within 3 days of receiving merchandise to support@trendsetterave.com 
  • You have 7 days from the original inquiry to provide supporting evidence otherwise the product is INELIGIBLE to be returned.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care of handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

Store Credit

  • Can only be used online at www.trendsetterave.com
  • Store credit is non-transferrable.
  • Store credit does not expire.
  • Store credit is accessible via your customer account. If you did not create a customer account you may access your store credit by using the same email at checkout as on your original order.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refure, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
